Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) in collaboration with the Temburong District Department, Ministry of Home Affairs held the ‘Jelajah Daerah’ to socialise The Twelfth National Development Plan (RKN12) on Saturday, 18th October 2025 at BIBD Connects, Labu Square, Temburong District. Present as the Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar, Acting Temburong Distri ct Officer, Temburong District Department. Also present during the program were Penghulu and Acting Penghulu Mukim; Village Heads and Acting Village Head; Heads of Departments for Temburong District Government Branch; Members of the Village Consultative Council; and private sectors.

‘Jelajah Daerah’ program was held as a continuation of the RKN12 Launching Ceremony which was launched on Wednesday, 21st May 2025 and is an ongoing initiative by this Ministry to inform about the RKN12 planning which is the main foundation in providing basic development to facilitate and support towards realizing the Brunei Vision 2035. RKN12 also plays an important role in ensuring sustainable outcomes towards contributing to the industry and economy; stimulating fiscal resilience; opening up job opportunities for local children in line with industry needs; and subsequently contributing to environmental management and protection.

The two (2) main topics that were presented during the presentation session include topics regarding: 

• Twelfth National Development Plan (RKN12) 

• Brunei Accredited Green Unified Seal (BAGUS) dan Incentives.
